They came out promptly the day after I called. Did a thorough job at a reasonable price.
They were prompt and courteous. Answered all questions They have only been here once so cant rate effectiveness yet

The work was great!!! The availability was also great. Customer service was excellant from the staff that came to my door. Only two problems, First had to call them after a few days when no one showed up to put in something for flies when i was promised a return the next day. Second, is that the machine they used was gas powered and made the worker sick and the fumes about made me sick. However, all was quickly fixed after having to pay additional money for the return trip. All that matter was that they did fix it.
A very personable young man came out and did the work. He seemed to know what he was doing and explained that they used only organic materials. I just need to wait now and make sure that my problem has been solved. If every is as it should be I will call them again.

Love the fact they are an environmentally friendly company. At least as much as can be in the business of killing bugs. They showed up the same day I called. It has been 10 days and I have not seen any more bugs.
