They were prompt on the appointment. Friendly and courteous. Answered questions and offered a guarantee on their services performed. If the bed bugs are exterminated for good then I am a satisfied customer.

Quick and effective
They arrived when they said they would. Their rates were comparable to others in the area. The technician took time to examine my car to be sure of the problem (brown recluse(s) in the battery compartment of my Volt). He then took care of the problem right in the parking lot.
Extremely impressed by all members of the company. They went above and beyond, including coming to my home at 7:30 pm to treat a bed bug problem. Would HIGHLY recommend!
