A lot of people call fro complaints but I just want to say that i am very happy. Due to recent help with jose from telikin. Being disabled is hard for me to navigate the keyboard and computer. My fingers are spastic and make it difficult. i was pleasantly surprised and wanted telikin and other companies to realize how priceless help for disabled people is needed. Von was more than helpful. He went above and beyond the call of duty in helping me gain access to my computer, as I am a novice with this machine.He got me out of a big jam when I couldn't even get out of the screen. Give this man a raise, he's wonderful!

I've been a Telikin user for several years. I had zero to little computer use before buying the Teliklin. I occasionally used a friends old Compaq but saw the frustration he had with the virus protection and constant freezes,etc. The Telikin is the only computer I would ever buy again and I highly recommend it to anyone. Most specifically, if you are an older senior citizen the Telikin calendar program is no brainer and you will never miss a doctor's appointment, telikin won't let you. I was having a very frustrating issue between my computer and the internet that had me going rounds between my support and my internet service provider, I had spoken to over 15 technicians without much success and many hours of troubleshooting without any success.
