I called WOW customer support for help in removing my deceased husband's name from the account & allow me to have access to the computer. In addition to this, Dale created access to my emails that I haven't had access to in years. Dale is great & loved his help!!

I've just finished conversing with Matt on our Telikin computer. We have had this computer for a few months now. I like it better than any computer we've had in the past and we have had many over the years. This is definitely is the senior friendly computer. However, make no mistake anyone would love the simplicity of this computer. Now for the best part. My husband was on the computer the other night. I didn't realize this. He said he was on it for at least an hour. I never heard him at all! He had no problem navigating it.... read more
