A lot of people call fro complaints but I just want to say that i am very happy. Due to recent help with jose from telikin. Being disabled is hard for me to navigate the keyboard and computer. My fingers are spastic and make it difficult. i was pleasantly surprised and wanted telikin and other companies to realize how priceless help for disabled people is needed. I've been a Telikin user for several years. I had zero to little computer use before buying the Teliklin. I occasionally used a friends old Compaq but saw the frustration he had with the virus protection and constant freezes,etc. The Telikin is the only computer I would ever buy again and I highly recommend it to anyone. Most specifically, if you are an older senior citizen the Telikin calendar program is no brainer and you will never miss a doctor's appointment, telikin won't let you. I was having a very frustrating issue between my computer and the internet that had me going rounds between my support and my internet service provider, I had spoken to over 15 technicians without much success and many hours of troubleshooting without any success.
