Matt was so supportive of me yesterday because of my disability. He helped me for a long time because I had a lot of questions, he was great. Now today, it was more of the same- everyone of your agents helps me so much it is unbelievable. Robert is a terrific guy and helped me with my email which I know nothing about. I forget and get upset, but then I remember that I can call you guys for help. I would give you 20 stars if I could!

To those who want to get involved with a computer. Telikin is the way to go. They have a great support team, I've always had good luck with them. They always answer the phone and are polite with me. They always figure out my problems, as well. I sure do call a lot! The company and everyone who works there has been a blessing to me. Definitely a 5 star rating and my hat goes off to all of you!
Ray is really awesome! He gets into the computer fixes the issue, explains what happen like you are equals are then show you what to do if it happens again and support is not there. He is an asset to this company and should get a raise!
I was having trouble getting my inbound emails to come in and telikin was able to solve the issue! Dale was very patient and helpful.
