I used tech support yesterday with Telikin & had an extraordinary experience. A gentleman named "Jeff"( he said that he's the only Jeff) was my support agent. He not only taught me how to scan & send a document, he noted some sort of trouble that's over my head & spent about 20 minutes correcting/changing an array of things that made my whole computer function faster &, overall much better.
