Today I spoke to MattS, regarding some pretty small issues regarding my gmail account, not only did he assist and teach me about those issues, he went so much further, i mentioned off handily i was struggling to hold my bible and like a gift from God he pulled up a free online version of the King James Bible, showed me how easy it was to use, made sure it was very accessible to me. It was very easy to get through with Robert on the support line today. He was easily able to update and correct everything for me. We couldn't get Yahoo and Gmail email to come on correct, and Robert was extremely kind and helpful with fixing the issue. Customer service excellence quite honestly, especially on a Sunday. Having things explained in terms that I can understand is extremely helpful for me.
I couldn't get an email address until Ray helped me today. I really appreciate it so much. I became so frustrated with gmail, but he took care of it for me in no time. Everyone here at Telikin has been so pleasant with me, dating back to the initial sales call.
This computer is the best purchase I have ever made. I don't know what I would do without it. It gives me everything I need in an office and I'm so grateful that my husband found this in a magazine years ago. The people here at Telikin are outstanding and helpful. Today Robert was extremely helpful in assisting me with deleting my spam and inbox emails.
