This is one of the best companies when it comes to customer service and technology. I love my computer and am 74 years old with no technical experience. A xerox machine was a big deal in my time. Today I had such a wonderful experience being with Robert. He was most helpful and patient. Not only a good tech, but a very personal young man. Amanda helped me get started on my WOW computer. I enjoyed talking with her. She was very helpful with showing me how to delete emails, fill in and save contacts, set things up in my calendar, do video chats and add games that I like to play. You have a very sweet, patient, knowledgeable , and professional employer. What I like most was she didn't rush me and was very enthusiastic. The Telikin computer is very user friendly for a novice like myself. It has been very helpful and there are various ways to get support if you can't figure something out for yourself. There's help on the top of the screen at all times if needed as well. I've had the computer since September 2022 and I've called the support more times than I probably should have, but everyone here has been wonderful including Robert here on June 29th.

I love the fact that the Telikin is setup each and everyday when I turn it on. It makes it easily approachable. I like to do banking and shopping mainly. I know the computer can be used with simplicity when it comes to my shopping, since I'm not able to leave my home. I trust the banking sites because the Telikin has an extremely secure system. Lastly, I use "My chart" to communicate with my doctor and medication needs.

I was ready to send my computer back until I talked to Mary she cleared up everything for me then everything I asked she had an answer for and this makes such a difference and now I decided to buy a printer also so I feel I feel really good about my whole experience with Mary thank you

I couldn't get an email address until Robert helped me today. I really appreciate it so much. I became so frustrated with gmail, but he took care of it for me in no time. Everyone here at Telikin has been so pleasant with me, dating back to the initial sales call.

Every time I run into a problem with my computer, with anything, I call Telikin and they always help me through it. They never have an attitude, they're always happy, polite, and teach me how to complete different tasks.

Ray want into my computer and was able to solve the issue within minutes of getting into my computer. He explained everything clearly which left me understanding more about the computer than I originally have before. I Love telikin support!

Tyra was Excellent! Tyra went above & beyond to make sure my email was set up properly & she is very good at what she does & made sure I was able to understand how to get to & use my email! Tyra needs a raise!
