I have a Telikin computer I called support many times over the past few years and they have been great! Spoke with *** today and helped me with a printer issue I had! And highly recommend this computer to anyone! The service was outstanding!
We love the computer. Called today to order a new keyboard, talked to *****, and after discussing the keyboard, he recommended we order a wired keyboard. ***** ordered the keyboard for us and we will wait until we get it and call back to let them know we have it. ***** was very helpful in our problem. We are both in our 80's and not too computer savvy. We appreciate his help.
**** is the most knowledgeable and efficient person I have had with Telikin.However, I have always been completely satisfied with all the reps.But, he stepped way above any other rep. I am beyond satisfied that I purchased our Telikin computer and would recommend it to every Senior!!!!
