I would not buy this computer again. I paid $750 to buy this computer when we got the money from the government during the pandemic. It is suppose to be made for seniors. And alot of us are on fixed incomes. After 4 years the computer gave out very quickly with no warning. I called the company to see if they could fix it remotely. I tried all the things they suggested. Nothing worked. They said I would need to send it back to them to be repaired. It would cost me $25.00 plus shipping each way just to get it to them and back ... read more

I've had the same issue three different time and called in three separate times and Marquise was the one person that stuck with it and was able to find out exactly what was wrong. **** was also able to help me out today by showing me how to leave these notes of appreciation for Telikin to the right people.
I really like my telikin and whenever i have a problem i call the 800 number in my guide book; and its always a rep willing to help. To take care of my problem and get me back up and running.
