I've had the same issue three different time and called in three separate times and Marquise was the one person that stuck with it and was able to find out exactly what was wrong. **** was also able to help me out today by showing me how to leave these notes of appreciation for Telikin to the right people.
I really like my telikin and whenever i have a problem i call the 800 number in my guide book; and its always a rep willing to help. To take care of my problem and get me back up and running.
******** helped me verify my account after some sort of scam situation, for some reason deleted my gmail. He was able to restore my account and I always receive such great help from people at Telikin support. They are patient with you, and guide through the process of fixing any issues I might have.

******** was very helpful understanding money attempt scams in my email, he has bought to my attention that I should not trust every site and may be illegal and expensive. Also the people in the emails are really not very honest.

Marquise was very helpful today in the regards to spreadsheets on the telikin computer and really knowledgeable about the functions
I first purchased my Wow Computer in 2013 and today I'm using the worry free program to replace my wow with a newer model all of my experience with Wow has been amazing, The support team is wonderful. I'm a 78 year old women without any tech experience and i find the wow computer to be easy to be use and most importantly easy to navigate. Also i find it to be a very safe and secure system.
It's simple, easy to use, the computer is very quick, and I received excellent help from Marquise today
