I love the support team, *** was very patient and Helped me thru the entire process of getting my new Computer connected to the internet.

I find the computer very handy and it take cares of my needs. I am happy with the computer! And as far as the staffing I think they are very good and they take care of the special needs I ask and complete the tasks! I am pleased with Telikin and I am glad I have it.

The computer is easy to get on to. Great since I am half blind and cannot see well. It's wonderful. The customer support team are great, they know their job I have no problems. Anything I need they get the job done! If I didn't have the support team I would go nuts!
