thank you so much today when I called in **** answered the phone and she was very attentive kind and a very informative and she kept working with me until the problem was resolved she didn't give up and that was kind because I've called in before and others have gone through it with me but once they couldn't get through they just gave up and I'm glad that I spoke to her because she was 1 that just kept going into it was resolved and I'm very grateful for that.
I use it daily and it's perfect for my needs. My current is old and I am going to get a new one soon. The support is great, I can call anytime. and I can't remember any time they weren't helpful.Today, ***** helped me fix an email issue. I've worked with him before and always got good results.
