The customer agent who I worked with is awesome. I am 80 years old and he did not make me feel like I did not know what I was doing. He was awesome and helped me through every aspect of this! The computer is great! If I could afford to get a new computer I would but I cannot as of right now. I love my WOW computer and I would love to have a new one.

Well I have praised this Telikin computer to a lot of people. It is amazing. No problems and so easy to use. The service is also remarkable. Very friendly personnel and always solve the problem. Don't know what I would do without the service. Prior to getting this PC it was a nightmare for my son to always bail me out. He is happy that I don't bother him anymore with my PC problems. ****. ***** *******
