I will give you 5 stars for the content and how it is set up. The customer support is excellent! The safeguards are great, good graphics, overall good experience.
I like the Telikin computer because it is easy for me it is like a big cell phone. I love the way ***** handled me today.
I have had to call in to get some adjustments made for my computer but that is a separate issue from Telikin being a good company and my computer is basically wonderful. My people who have helped me must have been at least six different technicians including, Anton, for this mission are competent people.
Coby did a thorough job and he was very empathetic. I dont know what i would do without Coby's help.
I love that I can always get assistance with the computer whenever I need help. I love my tech today and he was super helpful.
I'm writing to say Mary Helped me tremendously with tracking a book I had purchased and have not receive and she even went a head and contacted the seller for me to let them know of the problem.
The computer is user friendly for us old people but when we do have trouble, the support is AMAZING. They are so knowledgeable!!!
I think Telikin are very good the computer is good too. All the support agents are great if it wasn't for them I wouldn't know what to do. You guys are all good I am glad I brought it.
