Telikin is very good a lot of good help and a very patient man. I was led to believe the computer is very easy to use and being computer ignorant I find that hard to believe. They rate it as very to use all you have to do it plug it in but when you are older it is not as easy as that.
i really love the telikin i have it's easy to use the safe guard they have you don't have worry abut protect it and customer service is very good and patience
