The customer service at ********************** is wonderful, I am pleased to give Telikin 5 stars. I am grateful that I can use the computer, their help is beyond belief. I am appreciative for your service.
********** for this company. They would not refund my credit card after it was used fraudulently. After being on the phone for over an hour they said they would not refund the charges, unless they had the full card information. When I refused because I felt uncomfortable giving them the information, they would not refund me. Now I have to cancel my card and my credit card company is disputing the charges.***** *******
Telikin is there when you need them, they give you good advice, and they instruct you properly. I am very happy and I intend to keep using the computer!
I think Telikin is fine but the support has been absolutely outstanding! Yesterday I dealt with a young man I wanted to marry he helped me so much! He name was *****! And the help I got today was just as great.
**** was extremely helpful was able to enlarge the print and switch my *** to the wow computer and my email. he made it much easier to read and navigate the computer system. And spent a lot of time explaining things to me with printing. he lined up the printing correctly with *** because that was not working so now that i can do it with not as many steps also.
The wow! computer has been a benefit for me in a every way. What I don't know they have technology support and will walk you through every step so you can use it completely. I love my wow!
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. My family called after ****** told my 80-year-old father he needed to hurry and could only purchase the computer at the $799.00 price on the day of their conversation, and didn't need to consult with his family. He was rude and disrespectful to my family, advising that they didn't have a say so over how my father spent his money. Telikin preys on the elderly. This is one of the best inventions for us older people to get into our way of life is the best. All you have to do is follow the instructions an be willing to try.
Since I've bought it in 2018, I've loved it and will keep it forever.
