First, you supported me when ** didn't. You were a real contact person, a human contact person. You answered my questions, you asked me questions about my problem and then were able to direct me to a video that showed me how to change cartridges on my HP Envy 6555e quickly and efficiently, after being on the phone for hours with HP and then lost them and they didn't call back. All I have to say is thank Heaven. ****** was pleasant, customer orientated, and solved my problem by suggesting a video.
Always have a wonderful experience with all the agents at Telikin Computers. Lastly spoke with Cassandra who is most helpful and helped a senior citizen as myself , with difficulties beyond just getting me back on with computer. Will always recommend Telikin Computers mainly to seniors or anyone whom is not computer savy.
