The WOW computer is a computer for seniors for those who are not tech savvy. You just push a button and there you go. And if you have a problem and you cannot solve it just pick up a phone and call it is the best money you will ever spend for tech support! ***** has the best bed side manners he listens, you tell him what your problem is, and he solves it!
***** was very patient and understanding with what I wanted to learn to do, which was video chatting. I'm a hand-on person, he is very kind person and has helped me understanding how the program works and went over every details. Thank you!
I think Telikin is a terrific service and you learn a lot from the customer service agents helping you set it up. The computer is great and very enjoyable to learn how it works. I will be calling back for help setting up printers. The idea of going through each button, on the left hand side, allows you to learn how to get around. As a 78 year old disabled veteran with brain damage and in a wheelchair I am very fortunate to have free healthcare and this gentleman helping me with modern technology today that I do not understand well. I have used the Telikin computer for a long time and I find it very useful to talk to real human to help with any problems.
I have ad a Telikin computer (Senior style) for approximately 10 years. I love it for the ease and size and comfort and info as I try to navigate this world of computer use in senior citizen classes, writing letters, obtaining information, etc. It is NOT complicated. I consider it perfect for my needs - email, web search, and ordering items. I have a notebook for passwords. I call Support whenever I have an issue to complete a project. Had some difficultly, but agent was understanding and help from the agent he assist me beyond my capability. Also explained the different portions of what i was looking at, left me feeling better than i did when i call. I really appreciate the help and his patience he extended to me.
I had a WOW and Telikin computer for 12 years. It worked great and I used it for business, checking email. I also used it to keep up with family, friends, and special events on *********** far as support is concerned, I appreciate the service that is available. I've talked to many tech, they have all been very helpful, understood my situation, and have bent over backwards to help me.That fact, as a 99 year old WWII vet, you can imagine the immensity of the service that I received.
