I had a problem, with my computer the whole day. Waited till Sunday to call, ***** was there to help me and was able to get my computer connected to the internet. This computer is so great, I bought another computer for my wife. I appreciate all the help and guidance

I have had the computer with 8 years and It has helped my life as a widow. I have the subscription for the help for all those years as well and I have been so satisfied. Everybody has always helped me patiently.
My name is **** and I want to thank ****** as well as the support department and the my sales agent ******. I'm a writer who has had trouble keeping up with technology and I'm very excited to get back to my occupational choice of writing. I think the best part about Telikin is the customer support. This evening for example, ****** very patiently spent over an hour with me and I don't find companies like this any longer!
Myself and my family really like the videos available to watch and the easy access to the computer. The thing we appreciate the most though, is the customer support. Having someone to call whenever there is an issue is priceless. Thank you for everything you do!
Im still learning this computer but i have been able to navigate it better as I used it more. I luv the large print due to eye issues and the side bar which helps me go to where I need to go. The representative(s) which I have called and interacted with for assistance have been greatly helpful, courteous, used simple terms and I have been able to follow what they have done to rectify/fix issue I called them about.
