We've had the Telikin for about 10 years. We've found it over the past years we've had it to be very user friendly, the imagery is excellent, content is comprehensive, and the help that comes from the Telikin agents is 100% worth having, in those ways that promote speed and efficiency. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Dale, he was very helpful and resourceful in getting me back on Facebook after I was locked out of my other account, the service that Telikin offers is wonderful!
Telikin has the greatest support, they take time explaining complex technical issues in a way that is digestible and easy to understand, if your locked out of an account they will assist you in getting it back and wont berate you for not knowing a password or make you feel less for not understanding something that is complex and confusion especially for people who do not use computer.
