I was very impressed with what Nick did today, and quickly. He was able to turn off all my spam with an email setting, after negative responses from others. It was great service!

As a senior citizen, Cori took a lot of extra time to explain to me instructions on solving the problem I had with Google and my Gmail account. I am very happy! Cori deserves 5 stars, she was great and very polite.
Nick was very helpful on the phone today, friendly and polite with answering questions and helping. The computer is something I'm still learning, and has been a learning experience.
I absolutely love the computer, and when I have had any issues, I give a call and I've been greeted with extremely nice with the agents. All 5 stars for the people I've spoken to, including Nick who I spoke to today. Compared to other services, it's much more higher quality and very important they're there to help!
The computer's good, it can be a bit complicated when nervous, but it's very good. Nick was very kind and helpful with handling my email issue, and showing me how to go about deleting them.
