I am a union paying member for over 1 year with NO benefits. I don't think this union is working for the members.
Its not the unions that are weaking the work force its corporate greed, thier behind the mergers causing loss of jobs they sold us off to forien instrest, you can say what you want about the Teamsters union however it is worse to work with out a collective. Bargaining agreement.
keep getting harassed for monthly dues when I got a hand full of grievances that need addressed that almost a year old. my local puts so much energy into collecting money, bit none into helping out the member. they are robbing me without a mask on.
I pay union dues for a union I'll never be part of. I'm not protected by them as management craps all over me and all the other non union employees. Bunch of blowhards and I might start a petition for a right to work state. Why should I have to be forced to pay $40 a month for nothing? I should have the right to opt out! Unions are corrupt and a bunch of pussies because management has breached their contract as teamsters talk the talk but tuck the cock!
