It's my first time in a union and they are doing good by me.
I have been with UPS for 25 yrs and my insurance and my pension keep declining while my company keep making billions in record profits thanks to local 992. We should have top tier insurance along with a pension that you could retire on after serving a company with 30 yrs of your life but we can't retire till we are 62 which will give me 44 yrs. don't know about you but it's hard work now let alone to be in your late 50's early 60's.
