Friendly and professional Service I was very impressed with the staff at a Toyota Carlsbad. My salesman, Adolfo Lopez was terrific. Very friendly, competent and invested in providing an exceptional experience. Mandi, in finance was delightful and very helpful. It was my first time buying a new car and I was dreading the process. But it couldn’t have been any better than it was.
Carlsbad Toyota got me the car I wanted. Toyota does not support special orders, but a dealer can try to do a dealer swap. They were able to do this for me on a car that was not yet built. It did require my buying a couple of minor features I didn’t need, but the discount I received more than covered the features. Total time from my first contact to delivery was about 2 months— including Xmas and New Year’s. This was after another dealer strung me along for about 4 months.
