Gave my invoice to another customer Make sure you check your invoice! If they call you by your first name when your vehicle is ready-ask what the last name is. The person who “paid” for my vehicle shared the same first name as me. They told her she needed new tires at first, then when paying said her tires were okay… duh!! I just had new tires put on the day before! The poor lady was so confused. It was a mess, I never get the cabin filter there (I do it myself), but she had it installed ($50 plus $$) - so they didn’t charge... read more

Great place to buy a certified pre owned car! Bought a great pre-owned, certified vehicle. Dwayne Smith was knowledgeable, friendly, and understood our needs. He was very helpful and made the whole experience less stressful.

The 20,000th mile The service was good, but I wish they added something for their customers such as a free car wash or discounted interior cleaning after a certain number of mileage. When I get my car serviced, they say they’ll text when it’s done, sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the reps are super friendly, and sometimes they’re not. It’s touch and go.

Misleading Posts Misleading posts on their website. Attempted to work a better deal on a nice used car only to find that the title of the car’s post on their website is incorrect and doesn’t state the correct trim level. When I tried to reiterate to the sales person that their website is literally wrong , she comes back to me and says in the offer I sent you it states the Vehicles’ full trim level. Great Service Dupree was very professional and took a lot of time explaining the features of the car. He went the extra mile to get the car I wanted since the one I wanted wasn’t on the lot. He was aware that I needed my car ASAP because mine was totaled so he worked hard to make sure I got a car quickly
