The best buying experience of our lifetime! We are in our 70's and have purchased new vehicles in our past. It has always been an anxious, not so fun experience until we went to Lia Toyota and had Jeremy Pease as our sales person. Could have been great but serious disappointment Could have been a great experience. I went to Joseph Toyota for repairs because it was the closest dealer. The first part was great and they were communicative. However they damaged the rear door to my vehicle during repair so it was lopsided and wouldn't close. I was asked to bring it back up, which I did. An hour after I arrived they decided to look at it and say how they didn't know how it happened. Great internet buy! I expressed my interest in a new 2025 crown signia by phone with Toyota Carlsbad before any were available in the area. When the dealership could provide a delivery date, they notified me. I called and we negotiated a great price. No pressure to buy extras. At delivery they answered all our questions and programmed my wife's phone and garage door opener into the car. They also invited us to come back if we needed additional help with setting up other features.
Great purchase experience Brian Wong is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. He was remarkably patient and thorough and didn't give the impression of minding at all when we asked similar questions multiple time. Buying a car is a big purchase for us and he understood that and took the necessary time to seal the deal.
