Best Dealership Experience I was searching for car that was a specific model, trim and in a specific color. I have called over 2 dozen dealers across the east coast and as far as Ohio. Langhorne Toyota were the best people I found. They made me feel like I was important, did not try to take advantage of the specialty car I was looking for, while at least a dozen dealers were chargin $2000 to $10000 over MSRP. Serviced Properly - But the wait was long again The service manager, Berard, was great - did everything right - checked history, looked for discounts and promotions, and estimated up to 90 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. At 70 minutes he advised that it was taking longer. Overall 2:30 for the work. This happened during the prior service too. At that time I was advised that they were “down a tech”.
