Helpful and communicative Alissa Coulombe in service was very attentive, helpful, and communicated well.
Good sales representative, poor dealership policy's Sales representative Deepak was great to work with. Dealership forced purchase $300 LoJack device that I didn’t want. Claimed it would cost more to remove it as they install on all used cars. Dealership also would not hold car so I could provide my own financing. Was told if I didn’t purchase right then, someone else could purchase car. Their interest rate was 2% higher than I could have gotten elsewhere.

Car maintenance Recently brought my RAV4 hybrid in for the 25,000 mile check up. I was met with a smile and walk-through. What was going to be done and let me know how long the weight was gonna be and it wasn’t even as long as they quoted me, everybody was very nice.
