Amazing experience buying a used car. Let me start by Saying that my wife and I have bought a lot of cars over the years, we have dealt with big dealerships and even some Buy Here pay here dinky dealerships! This was by far, the best experience I ever had buying a car! Our weekend didnt start out great, we looked at 3 Rav4s at a Toyota dealership in Indiana, a 2014, 2018 and 2021. none of the three had been cleaned, and the 2018 hybrid needed the wiper blades replaced, and dont get me started on the pushy unprofessional sale... read more

Streamlined Sales Experience The car salesman was very helpful and the process streamlined and efficient. The finance mgr didn't try to push any additional items or services on me. He simply provided the information I needed and allowed me to make my own decisions without any pressure. They provided staff to teach how to setup the integration between the app and car. Super impressed!

Can it be - a great car-buying experience? Great service at Toyota Carlsbad, especially Chase and Junior. Super nice, answered all questions. I probably wouldn’t even have noticed that the side mirror cover had been scratched when they were washing and detailing the car, but they pointed it out and said they would replace it. And they even sent Junior home with me to pick up a car I ended up trading in. Can’t beat that for customer service.
Langhorn Toyota Very professional staff.. My sale men (Chris Nguyen) was very knowledgeable and a down to earth person. That made my car buy experience a pleasant one.
Always helpful The service manager, Caroline Donnelly, has always been very helpful; among her strengths, she lets waiting customers know they’ve been recognized by greeting them and reassuring that someone will help them quickly. That helps in a stressful situation where many are concerned about time or getting their services accurately set up.
