Discrimination On February 2, 2026 I contacted via email Mabel Stunz, Tustin Toyota, Customer Relations Manager regarding a bad brake job performed On July 5 2025 by a mechanic at service department. The problem i had was the incompetence of the salesman Charles Cromer, you think a guy with 25 years of experience selling vehicles would not have to depend on the arrogant youths at this dealership to make a decision. End lease and new car I don't like that I return a vehicle with items that I bought and I did not get any money back, also I leased the vehicle, I put 14000$ down payment and also I did not get credit for that. Definitely I will not lease a vehicle in the future.
2022 Tacoma Believe it or not that was my first experience with a big dealership like that. Everything was very easy, no problems or pressure, it was a good experience.
