No responsibility to damaged vehicle. Went to service dept for a water leak in roof. They charged over $1000 to pull the headliner. Which we agreed to. They then said it would cost $5000 to replace the seal around the sunroof to fix the issue. We declined. Get home and the whole seal around the sun roof is off. Not wear and tear. part was up so looked like it was put back wrong. ALL is off about 8 feet all around it! We went back and they said they didnt' do it. Now water just pours in. Scheduled Service according to book. Services complete in time-line given. Tune-up, fuel system cleaning, and antifreeze flush. Did not try to up sale me and didn't make unnecessary recommendations. I did ask if the mechanic noticed anything needing attention or any recommendations. I was told there was nothing. I do keep accurate service records and do services as recommended in service manual. Impressed with the honesty. Everyone I worked with was friendly and professional.

Great Experience! I went into Lia with a Rav4 hybrid on my mind and took it for a test drive. I liked the car but wanted a different color so Jaime Gonzalez helped me find the same car in a different color at one of the other Lia's. He ended up driving down there himself the next day so that he could pick it up and deliver it. Great service and a great guy. It was a very pleasant experience all around.
