Another happy client! We were purchasing a Tacoma for our son who was recently graduating college and Ali was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also loved dealing with the "finalizer". She was lovely and got us through the paperwork quickly and explained everything. While I would have liked a better deal :), the "pause" changed everything.
