First-rate Personal Service At my most recent service visit to Lia Toyota, I worked with Dores Bounphasaysonh, and she did a terrific job. I felt like she cared about me and my car and worked hard to keep me informed, to take advantage of any discounts and sales, and to get the job done quickly to get me on my way. She also went out of her way to get me answers to several questions I had after the service. Outstanding in every way.

Never Going Back I put down a down-payment on a Toyota Corolla Hybrid in July, then waited until September for the car to arrive. When it arrived, Joseph Toyota tried to back out of selling it to me. They said they didn't want to sell me the car because I complained about their horrible data privacy form, though I did sign their form after I complained about it. Amazing service! We were shopping at the dealership next-door to Toyota at Carlsbad and was not very pleased with their service so walked to Toyota. The gentlemen who greeted us by the name of Danny and proceeded to help us was professional, patient and informative on the different models. We test drove a couple vehicles and ended buying a 2024 Prius and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The entire Toyota team was amazing! Highly suggest coming to this dealership first!

Team Toyota was Great The finance Manager was great, explained everything really well. The entire experience was great, it started with our sales person not being pushy, was very just informative, let my wife drive and take the lead. Discussed options, financing, and availability of the vehicles.
