Not typical Our sales person was wonderful! Brian Wong was very pleasant, very down to earth, very knowledgeable, and an overall excellent sales rep. And Lauren Roth, who did all of the financial/administrative work was equally impressive.
Taco Buff David Spafford, my service representative, was excellent. He went through the maintenance on my Tacoma as well as future maintenance advice. I bough my 2020 Tacoma new from Lia Toyota Northampton and have been very happy with the sales and the maintenance service.
