Great Sales Experience but Terrible Service Center. The sales experience itself was great with Kevin, he was helpful and patient through the entire process. But the car itself and the subsequent service were a major problem. The car was given to me with the rear wheels loose (didn't know that until it was taken in to the service center). The situation was made worse as the service center was non existent when trying to address the problem.
