David explained what was included for the first service on our new Crown Toyota. Had a great first time experience. Work performed on the car was covered by warranty.. There should be a N/A option..

Extremely SATISFIED 😁 Lindsey Hart checked me in when I arrived in my vehicle for service… She applied discounts checked with me for additional services because of what the mechanic found… I met my mechanic in person. He explained what was going on with my vehicle and showed pictures.
