Give me some air!! I recently had a small issue of a light on the dash that indicated a tire problem. I went to Lia to check it out, hoping that it wasn't a nail. I was quickly logged in, and assigned to Lindsay Heart to handle the problem. She is very, very friendly, efficient, and professional. I was a bit surprised that it was going to take about an hour, but she explained that they check all the tires, not just the low one, to make sure there are no other problems. Team Toyota I liked how quickly someone was willing to help me and stayed in contact with me until my new Truck arrived on the lot. Not to mention the salesperson and finance department worked with me to get the best deal i could afford.
Great service Department! This was my first time going to Lia Toyota. I was so lucky to work with David Spafford. He was personable, attentive, and treated my truck like his own. There was a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and he resolved it within a week. I had been to different local Toyota dealership and was not happy with the service person there. He was indifferent and not attentive to my concerns. David was the best! I will definitely be going to Lia Toyota from now on.
