Old School Thank you to service advisor Phil Lombardi . I explained the issue and we went over to my Tacoma and discussed it thoroughly . He provided a clear plan for the diagnosis and repair . Thank you very much for the excellent service from my initial phone call to him to the completion of the service . Problem solved !

Great shopping experience. An associate from your online staff, Felicia Navaro, reached out via e-mail to alert me of 3.99% interest rate offer on pre-owned Corollas. I was able to peruse the list online and pick out a Corolla I would be interested in. Felicia scheduled an appt for me. Once we were at the a car lot, the sales person, Kevin Vandvorst, was there to greet us. Kevin was great. Excellent customer service I recently bought a new Toyota Corolla hybrid from Jacob at Magnussen. He was respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy (important!), he listened to my questions and needs, then he worked with me on the price and the payment process in a way that was easy and comfortable. When I bought the car he set me up with all the new electronics (I'm a senior) and was very responsive to follow up questions. The whole process was easy and positive.
Great staff Staff was attentive to my needs. When I came back with a slight issue Dan was very helpful.
