2021 Avalon XLE Hybrid Even though there are inventory shortages across the country, they were willing to order a vehicle from Toyota of the exact model and accessories I was looking for. Only had to wait about 2 months which was fine since I wasn't in a hurry.
Positive Experience My sales rep Ali was professional and explained everything as we went along. The sales cycle took over a month for my car to come in but he stayed in touch. The sales manager Jeff was also very accommodating. As well as the financial services gentlemen at the final closing.
