I wasn't greeted, got side-eyed by employees on their phones while waiting for someone to assist me, and the older gentleman who assisted me had this nonchalant-kick-my-feet-up-on-the-desk attitude. I knew then that I wasn't going to be assisted with courtesy. He asked numerous times, "are you trying to trade in a vehicle that isn't registered to you, heh?" Heh? So, I went to Bob Stall Chevrolet in La Mesa where they were very patient with me and my family. We drove off with a brand new Silverado. Thanks Bob Stall!

I don't normally give reviews or comments but the service we received from Chris Espinoza at Kia El Cajon was worthy of praise!!! My mom has been car shopping online for several months and she finally narrowed it down to a Kia or a Nissan, we went to both dealerships in one day and without a doubt Chris was the reason she decided on a Kia.
