The beginning of April I was in a car accident where a lady made an illegal uturn and totled my car. Which I also bought at Kia El Cajon. Yesterday was just as awesome. They worked with me and made sure I was getting the best deal. I love this place and highly recommended this place to everyone!
RecommendedI get it. Car dealerships are in business to make money. What many dealerships lack is outstanding customer service. Johnathan was our lead salesperson. He was warm, friendly and respectful. He spent six hours with us making sure we were getting what we wanted, not what the lot wanted to sell us. They would only help us if we bought a brand new 2017 with the payments extremely high. They would not consider a pre-owned for us even with a big down payment. Saying "not enough allowance for me" We left disheartened and went the next day to Fuller Kia in Chula Vista where we left with a 2015 fantastic car. So go to Fuller KIA where they actually care about you and not the their pocket.

I love this place! Duc the Asian that is a tech there is the absolutely BEST! I truly believe he is an angel from heaven! I have been having issues with my check engine light and he goes way out of his way to help. Love you Duc ♡♡♡♡
