I've been calling for a copy of a release form from a car I traded in for a few days now.. Which I've been needing ASAP.. And they keep telling me they will send it in a few minutes and they never do! I still haven't received it.. And Its quite a drive for me. Mike my finance guy hasn't done anything about it, I called his manager and he hasn't either.. I am VERY UNPLEASED with their costumer service!!!!!!

Everything they say on their radio is a lie and they play games with you when you email just to get you in the door.I heard the radio about if you make 350 a week or approved.Well I make over 500 a week and guess what Denied.I had a trade in thats worth 2000 they wanted to give me 500 bucks.I told them in the email dont waste my time I have this for trade in this is my credit and this is what I make and they said come on in can get you in a car around 19,000.Dont ask for more money dont ask for a cosigner.And I get there and... read more

Hey Team Kia of El Cajon. You might want to change you radio spot. You hear an a systole aka flat line heart beat. You don't shock a heart back to life magically. Only an actual heartbeat can be shocked. You are just showing the entire medical community that you know nothing about using this for advertising, thus why would we want to buy a car from a dealership that has a huge glaring mistake in their advertisements? Doesn't show much integrity guys
I have purchased 4 new cars over the years and number 5 with My 2015 Kia Optima SX and I have to say that none of the previous Dealers Ford,Toyota or Nissan have come close to the Customer service and how friendly the whole staff are especially Greg Abbott, Team Kia they go way above and beyond to make you feel like Family.
