Tom madica was fantastic, as a woman he was respectful and he listened to me. Better than a husband ha ha. The finance manager Hootie was also great . What a team. Ask for Tom you won't regret it. Dad got his 2017 Optima Plug-in here and just got 1,700 miles out of a single tank of gas! This is our 4th Optima! 2001 Optima, which is currently my mom's car, still running perfect. My dad traded in his 2008 Optima for a 2015 Optima hybrid, then traded that in for the plug-in. Never had any problems with any of them. Great cars! Customer service was great!

The first time I went to KIA, I got very discouraged with the salesman service I got, I think it was just one bad apple. I gave them a second chance, and believe me when I say, the service I got was totally the opposite from the last one, with that said we have purchased four vehicles with them.
