Horrible! They completely try to rip you off!! Went in to see if we could get a car, was there for over 5 hrs. Got the car then later called and stated they need us to pay more and our monthly was going to be $300 more a month! Called the lender and they didnt even know about this and stopped the loan. Returned the car the same day only to wait there for another 2hrs to sign a paper. Never will go there again. Staff is also very rude
I recently brought my Kia in due to random paint chipping around my windshield. It was determined that I was not at fault for the paint chipping however my warranty did not cover it(2014 Kia sorento bought brand new). My husband ended up talking to the regional manager to get it covered since it was some kind of manufacturing defect. Jessica is service was absolutely amazing and even pulled a few extra strings to get me into a rental. The original situation was unpleasant but ended with a happy customer.
I'm very disappointed for two reasons. They contacted Me and asked if I wanted to trade in my lease early. After several attempts and too high of a payment, my salesman called me back and said hey we got you a deal. I said how in one day did it go from can't do it to we can do it? He said it was the last day of month and they wanted to move the car. Came in like an idiot and signed a lease... a three year lease or so I thought. Lie number one. It's actually a four year lease. The service dept. is top notch! I bought my Sorento at Team Kia and have always gone to them for all my service needs. My most recent visit was no different...I showed up without an appointment and was in and out in no time! Thanks again Dennis for your AMAZING customer service!!!
