RecommendedI had tried a few dealerships before coming to Kia and I was very disappointed. Because I am young, the salesmen treated me like a child and acted as if my price range was unattainable. However, the minute I stepped on to Kia/Mazda, it was a completely different experience. The sales man (Jon F.) came and talked to me first. Terrible customer service, I will no longer do business with Team Kia of El Cajon a couple of days ago while dropping off my boys at preschool my back passenger door handle came completely off when I went to open the door to get the kids out I had my husband take it to the dealership today to see what they can do for us I have a total of 5 children and 3 are in car seats so I now had to climb completely over all seats to get everyone out since there was no way to open the door very inconvenient and unsafe Denise in the servi... read more
