Incompetence at this dealership is unbelievable. Nobody knows current promotions, they all have to ask somebody else, and the last all knowing person is off today. Comeback another day or go to another dealership.

I both 38 car at different dearlership never had a bad saleperson in tell I came here will never go back and will refer anyone to go by their very very very bad saleperson need to go back to training my 9 year old sister could sale better then the guy had even the guy behind the counter was very bad over all I give them a -----10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with Team Kia of El Cajon. After my visit I started text messaging back and forth with Brice one of the assistant sales managers. He told me he would take care of me and we hit it off with what I thought was a great experience. This Dealership is shady as hell , depending on if my son gets his $1000 down payment check back after sitting 21 days on his trade in car on a new purchase , 21 days without paying off the trade in ruined my credit and my son’s because they did not notify any of us they could not finance the sale.
