Super friendly staff was in today having my car serviced had my daughter with me too and everyone was soo nice they did the job so fast and I’m very thankful for a great experience!!
El cajon Kia lied to me. I specifically asked for a specific contract. I didn't get it. I am now being called a liar and everyone here is denying me asking for it. I absolutely would NOT go here!!!!! Horrible horrible customer service! I will be letting everyone know how awful they are and how they really treat there customers.

We absolutely loved our experience at Team Kia El Cajon. My husband had been trying to track me down a Kia Telluride for weeks in the color and package I wanted and was coming up empty left and right. Team Kia finally got one in and sales representative Greg Banach ended up making it happen and did so with exceptional customer service. He worked all the numbers and packages and gave us a phenomenal deal! don't lie to your customers about the sale I didn't save anything waste of time. I owed less than 10,000 on my vehicle still couldn't trade it in even with two incomes
You guys wanna make fun of our president in a radio commercial.... that’s your thing but I will absolutely make sure I never ever do business with you guys. Everybody can have their opinions and some people make bad judgment calls....not a good marketing plan.
