Service department tried to charge me $62 for an oil change which was included with the service plan I purchased. Told me there was a mileage restriction, which dealer never stated. Shady business practice if you ask me.
I leased a 2015 Optima from them. within the first year my engine had to be replaced due to metal shavings in my engine. not to mention the night I got my car I questioned the seal around my windshield. told it was fine. had another dealer look at it and it was a bad seal. they would not replace it. when my lease was up.
