FYI...In store process: We have and are wearing masks, 6 foot rule in place between desks, and other activities, weekly sanitizing, hourly cleaning of the showroom, plexi-glass at multiple touch points. Daily check in for employees, as well as protocol awareness posted at each door.

Where do I start? My wife and I have been seeing the Team Kia ads all over Facebook. Between the ads and reviews, we were given the impression that they would try to help us get into a new car. There was no trying. They just made magic happen and pretty quick too. We went in expecting to get told NO because of our low credit, or get pushed on some other car.
