Purchased my 2014 kia soul about a month ago. I've been meaning to let people know about how great the service is over at TKEC. Just got a little busy though. I will most definitely recommend TKEC to all my friends and family. They go out of their way when it comes to customer service!
Team Kia sold me a used 2003 Kia Sorrento, and in less than a month, the battery was completely dead and couldn't even be jumped, and needed to be replaced. Kia replaced the battery for me but refused to cover the costs of the tow to get the car there. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone!! I had to call multiple times to get someone from service to help me, and they have been uncooperative from the start. If anyone is considering team kia, save your time, money, and a lot of hassle!!
Just bought a new Kia Optima SXL on super bowl sunday. It's been 14 years since the last time I purchased a car so I was a bit nervous. The whole team I worked with was AWESOME!! Linda is a sweetheart. Nick and Scott in finance were great. Cameron who contacted me initially from internet sales was great! No pressure and so friendly. They lived up to all their free promises. I couldn't be happier! I am obsessed with my new baby!! Thank you Team Kia of El Cajon!!
