Just bought a new Kia Optima SXL on super bowl sunday. It's been 14 years since the last time I purchased a car so I was a bit nervous. The whole team I worked with was AWESOME!! Linda is a sweetheart. Nick and Scott in finance were great. Cameron who contacted me initially from internet sales was great! No pressure and so friendly. They lived up to all their free promises. I couldn't be happier! I am obsessed with my new baby!! Thank you Team Kia of El Cajon!!
My husband and I bought a "new to us" used car from them, and couldn't be happier with the decision!! Ryan, our dealer, was helpful and encouraging through the entire process. We felt respected and taken care of, they knew what our "wants/concerns/and budget' were, and worked with us.
