I can't possibly express how worthless these people are when it comes to any car on earth.... I bought two brand new vehicles with zero miles at your dealership and I will never step foot again........ disgusting what you do to people ..............

Team Automotive Ford in Steubenville stepped up when Ford Motors refused to. They took us out of our defective unsafe 2016 Focus and put us into a 2017 Fusion. There's Customer Service and then there's Customer Respect! These guys are top notch. They suffered the same with our car as we did. It was a team effort on both our parts. Thank you Dan, Drew, Steve, and Mark Jr and the Transmission techs.

I left my truck to be serviced over Labor Day weekend. When I picked the truck up on Tuesday, I found that someone had cut the catylitic converter off of my truck sometime over the weekend. Team Ford offered no help and claimed they saw nothing on their security cameras.

First time dealing with a Ford dealership. Bought a 2010 Ford Ranger in May 2017, had trouble with it starting in August. Took it in to get checked and luckily it was only the battery. Thought it should've been covered under the warranty but, so be it. No problems with it starting now.

Took my truck to get it inspected they told me my upper controlled arms were bad. I said impossible biggio just put them on in January. So I noticed a lot of play in them myself. I took my truck back to team, (biggio) to have fixed they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. So I took it back to the shop in wellsburg to get it aligned and yet still so much play that they can't align it. Biggio makes so many excuses so they don't have to take responsibility for their mistakes!!

Took a long time to get my car back after hitting a deer. And even after it was finished and i got it back there were a few parts missing and my horn wasn't working. So i had to take it back to be serviced again. Other than the time length it took to be fixed they did a pretty good job.
