In May, we were looking to purchase a new car. We narrowed it down to a Mercedes GLC 300 and the Lincoln MKX. We had visited both dealerships several times. We eventually chose the Lincoln because of the salesman, Earnest Coleman. He was engaging, informative, honest and had a wonderful sense of humor. He worked extremely hard to find us what we wanted. I wouldn't recommend this shit hole to my worst enemy. They sold my son a crappy car then admitted it was crap but refused to refund his money. Then said they would make some sort of deal then backed out of it. These people are nothing more than criminals. They lie, cheat,steal and take advance of anyone. They stole my sons money and put us through Hell for a month and a half. team ford should not be in business.
