Had my Lincoln in for service yesterday. Great service and great people.
I brought my pickup in for service work they stripped the plug on the oil pan blamed it on Rust which is b******* then they broke a bunch of the holders for the wiring harness when they replace the oil pan, and broke the throttle position sensor and couldn't figure out why the check engine light was on. These people are not qualified to work on my 95 F150 let alone my wifes 2015 Ford Escape. Bought a brand new edge less than 2 weeks ago. To start ihad to fight for their price match guarantee plus beat by $1000. Another dealer in Pittsburgh had the price beat by over $1500. So what they did was lower the price of the new vehicle but also at the same time deduct that same amount from my trade. So that is no price match guarantee, that is more like I will screw you over if you don't catch it. The car was in the shop 3 days last week for a problem that I told them upfront about. Bought a car prior and they quoted us a price. Went to the finance office and the monthly payment we got was over 20 bucks less a month than quoted. Had a great experience then so decided to come back today. Gave them a budget amount of the most we could spend. Originally it was too high (mind you we were putting down 0 dollars). A short time later he came back with a number that was 50 less a month with only 500 down. Very efficient service. I have vehicles on the road all day every day and anytime I need something they are right on it. They will also meet or beat anyone's price on tires. Had my brakes done recently and they even did all 4 of them. Couldn't ask for a better group to do my auto dealings with. Great service and great management.

I consider myself a pretty hands on guy when it comes to working on my vehicles, but some jobs are just out of my comfort level, as I always buy all my factory ford parts from Team I figured I'd give them a try on the service end! They don't do the work they are paid to do. They charged me for a 4 wheel brake job and only did 2. Find another reputable dealer. They are clearly liars and thieves.
